[Whole Cow Cut] By cutting the cow whole, we've made it possible to fully enjoy the rare cuts, of which only a few kilograms can be obtained.

[Procurement] By sourcing Japanese Black cattle raised at contracted ranches within Miyagi Prefecture, we have been able to reduce distribution costs and achieve this amazing price.

[Salt] We offer three types of salt carefully selected from around the world, including "Date no Umashio" made in Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture.

[Ponzu Sauce] This is a Dateya original ponzu sauce made by Mr. Abe of Ogawara Town, using yuzu grown in the northernmost yuzu-growing region of southern Miyagi Prefecture, with a view of the Zao mountain range in the distance.

[Zao Nourishing Eggs] These eggs come from chickens raised healthily on a unique, additive-free fertilizer blend made from natural mugwort, beech and oak tree sap, and spring water from Zao, resulting in sweet, rich-flavored eggs.
